Mooney's Sunset Bar & Grill

I am going to do my marketing plan on a little bar and grill located in Disney, OK called Mooney’s. This bar maybe small but it has huge potential and with the right management team it could possibly be the next Ugly’s. It is located on the Southside of Grand Lake and if you sit on the deck you could see the Pensacola Dam (largest man made dam in the world) on one side and watch the sunset into the lake on the other. In real estate I learned one thing it’s all about location, location, location and this bar has that. It is a bar then a grill, given that it sales more alcohol than food. Mooney’s is located in Cedar Cove, the first cove from the dam, and has both boat and land access. The beauty of this place is the view at sunset, you can watch the sunset into the lake through large glass windows. The potential market is first off the people that are over 21 years of age and then the locals for they keep the business alive throughout the entire year. Then the tourist that keep their boats in the marinas all year round and the people who own a lake house and vacation at the lake during the summer months.
