Trouble With the Software?
It will be easier if you first find a example template (from marketing plan pro) that relates to your project. Read over each section and get a better understanding of what is to be expected of you. Also I found that the marketing plan handbook is extremely helpful and very easy to follow too. As for the software, you have to play around with it in order to understand it and I am still working on that part.

It gets easier the more you mess with it. Sometimes the software is easier to understand after you go through it, type in what you think goes where, and then print it out. It helps me to see the hard copy to know what the software is trying to accomplish. We do also have the option of NOT using the software and just following a similar plan as a template.
